Meet the people of the Briglio Insurance Group

E. Sandy Briglio, Owner and Principal Agent

Sandy was raised in Hollywood, attended Nativity primary school and Chaminade High School.  He graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing, Sales Management.  Insurance is literally in Sandy’s blood.  His father was an Allstate Insurance Agent from the time of his birth.  He started going on insurance appointments with his dad from the time he was 4 years old.  He grew up hearing from his father, “Just do the right thing for the customer and everything else takes care of itself.”  Sandy strongly believes that this is the best way to do business and his father’s mantra has become the Agency’s motto today.   Sandy started his insurance career in 1988 and has extensive experience in all lines of insurance.

Interests:  Loves the outdoors, playing sports, boating, fishing, camping, diving, volunteer coaching, and spending time with wife Maya (also a member of the Agency) and two children.  Licensed pilot.  Member, Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.  Member, St Anthony’s Catholic Church. 

Maya Briglio, Customer Service Representative

Licensed agent since 1994, she started with the Briglio Insurance Group in 1999.  Maya was born in Chile and speaks Spanish and English.  She is experienced in servicing personal and commercial lines of insurance.   She is Sandy’s wife and together they have two beautiful children.

Interests:  Frequent volunteer at St Anthony’s School, Eucharistic Minister, soccer mom, baseball mom, tennis mom, basketball mom, track mom, etc…  Loves spending time with family and friends.  And a great cook!

Nicholas Briglio, Associate Agent

Nicholas was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and attended Saint Thomas Aquinas High School. He graduated from Florida State University in 2024 with a degree in Risk Management Insurance. Nicholas is the son of Sandy and Maya, and he is excited to get involved in the family business.

Interests: Beach Volleyball, Boating, Fishing, Diving, Mountain Biking, Surfing, and many more.
